Refund policy

Greathouse & Greathouse.com is a Special Order and Custom home furnishings company.

Special Order or SPO is a product that is not in stock at our warehouse, but needs to be ordered specifically for you or is a custom order built to your specifications (size/fabric etc).

Any Custom or Special Order items are final sale and will not be subject to any refunds, exchanges or credits.  Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits, or any other reason are not accepted.  If a Special Order item arrives damaged or defective it will either be replaced or repaired following the manufacturer’s guidelines.  Please click on the “Claims Form” at the bottom of the home page for more information.
